Lovely, quiet room (Room 223) which overlooked a beautiful church. It wasn't facing the main street, which was perfect for ensuring a peaceful stay and a good night's sleep. A central location..literally across the road from Köln Dom. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice... hot and cold food. Cereals, cold meats, salad, fresh fruit, and an amazing selections of breads, crpissants and fruit juices. Staff so kond - let me check in 2 hours early. Also let me charge my phone after I had checked out My room was spotlessly clean. Really comfortable and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was excellent, a stone's throw from the Dom and Hauptbanhof. The room was nice also, especially for the price - clean, with a nice shower/bathroom, and the bed was even and comfortable. The staff were exceptional. One lady at the front desk even lent me her phone to call various lost and found offices (I lost my wallet that weekend). Another staff member, Jan, was also super helpful and friendly, with good recommendations and pleasant conversation (very useful as I try to improve my German!)

It was so near the central station and the cathedral. The bedrooms are very clean. The staff were very nice especially Hussein, at the front desk/reception. We had to extend our stya for 3 more days due to the holidays and they accommodated us without giving us any problem and they let us use the same room we were in. We also asked for a quiet room and they gave it to us.

As well as two years ago today this is still a good spot close to Köln Hauptbahnhof for a reasonably priced stay. As I was staying in exactly the same room as last time, the space didn’t changed at all. The room is still small, it’s o’k for sleeping, but you can’t spend a day there.
