Lovely, quiet room (Room 223) which overlooked a beautiful church. It wasn't facing the main street, which was perfect for ensuring a peaceful stay and a good night's sleep. A central location..literally across the road from Köln Dom. The breakfast was amazing - so much choice... hot and cold food. Cereals, cold meats, salad, fresh fruit, and an amazing selections of breads, crpissants and fruit juices. Staff so kond - let me check in 2 hours early. Also let me charge my phone after I had checked out My room was spotlessly clean. Really comfortable and everything worked perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

It was so near the central station and the cathedral. The bedrooms are very clean. The staff were very nice especially Hussein, at the front desk/reception. We had to extend our stya for 3 more days due to the holidays and they accommodated us without giving us any problem and they let us use the same room we were in. We also asked for a quiet room and they gave it to us.

As well as two years ago today this is still a good spot close to Köln Hauptbahnhof for a reasonably priced stay. As I was staying in exactly the same room as last time, the space didn’t changed at all. The room is still small, it’s o’k for sleeping, but you can’t spend a day there.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent, close to city centre and train station. Easy to find.

very helpful staff! thank you. the room was a little bit cold but at least they offered me to change the room and I tried other 2 rooms but they were also the same. overall it was good.

Very close to the main station. Room was clean, shower was great, staff great at reception (the man with the little dog was really helpful)

This was the return leg of travelling from Sweden having stayed at the hotel on the outward journey. This time due to serious issues with train travel I had to advise of a late arrival of 0100 in the morning the staff were very helpful and efficient and the room was very suitable for my needs
